As part of our Marketing Team, the Web Developer is responsible for executing front-end web development work for SmartSimple’s website, client and internal projects. They will be responsible for the website and its integration with SmartSimple and will lead all aspects of these projects from start to finish. The Web Developer will also assist in designing, developing and executing corporate print materials, including brochures, handouts, advertisements and other collateral as required. The incumbent will also execute various digital marketing tactics as outlined by the Director of Marketing and the Customer Acquisition Specialist. This role reports to the Director of Marketing.
You will be responsible for managing a portfolio of software implementation projects while working closely with a team of internal and client-assigned subject matter experts on the planning, implementation, and tracking of these projects from beginning to end. Our project managers are technically savvy with a good understanding and knowledge of SaaS and relational database features and capabilities.
In this highly technical, client-facing role the Business Analyst will be responsible for platform configuration of client systems in the execution of all levels of project work. You will have solid experience of configuring cloud based applications and you also enjoy working with people, thrive in a fast paced environment that is milestone and deadline driven while still taking pride in not just getting things done, but delivering quality results.

We are looking for a Linux System Administrator that can thrive within multiple ranging environments. The System Administrator works with the Development team to provide the infrastructure necessary to power SmartSimple's business. Primary duties include the procurement, administration, and maintenance of server infrastructure, as well as the continual updating and improvement of the technology. SmartSimple is a cloud-based SaaS solution that operates over CentOS Linux-based servers, and a stack comprised of Apache, Tomcat, MariaDB. These environments are deployed over various platforms ranging from cloud virtualization within Amazon AWS to some legacy bare metal servers hosted in colocation. This role is largely customer-facing, which requires you to work on both strategic long term and short term projects.
Under the direct guidance of the Project Manager and with the mentorship of senior technical staff, the Business Analyst will be responsible for platform configuration of client systems in the execution of all levels of project work. This role works in close collaboration with the Systems Solution Architects (SSA), Sr. Business Analysts (SBA), the Project Manager (PM), and the Development team, to ensure project deliverables and project timelines are achieved. This is a highly technical, client-facing role.
