With your work in the Sales team, you will be assisting with identifying, qualifying and building leads in the field. This is a short-term 3 month contract.

SmartSimple’s Implementation Team is responsible for supporting the design and development of both custom and core platform features. Business Analysts work with System Solution Architects to identify business requirements, address usability concerns, and document solutions. As a member of the Implementation Team, the Business Analyst supports the team members throughout the project life-cycle.

Under the direct guidance of the Project Manager and with the mentorship of senior technical staff, the Business Analyst will be responsible for platform configuration of client systems in the execution of all levels of project work.
