Quality Control Analyst (Toronto)

Junior CRM Analyst (Toronto)

SmartSimple Software is building a world-class Capture team focused on building our global customer base. We're looking for a Junior Customer Relationship Management (CRM) Analyst who is ready to start creating and nurturing relationships with targeted prospects by following defined processes (and creating new processes) that move these prospects along the relationship continuum. The Junior CRM Analyst will work with our internal stakeholders (Sales team and Marketing team), as well as external organizations to move our prospects along the customer journey.

Bilingual Technical Community Support (Toronto)

As the Bilingual Technical Community Support you are responsible for essential customer level support, management and resolution to help customers actively address risks, minimize performance impacts and ensure continued customer satisfaction. As the first contact to our most valuable customers, you are critical in ensuring overall customer success with our platform. This role is largely customer-facing, which requires you to work on both strategic long term and short term projects.

Java Developer (Back End)

We are looking for a driven Java developer who is passionate about software development and wants to join a talented team. The mission would be to enhance our innovative web-based platform which has a set of unmatched features and strives to become the standard of all other business process solutions.   Java Developers work with the Director of Software Development and make sure that any additions and modifications to the SmartSimple platform are done with an efficient, conscientious and innovative approach. You will also be collaborating with the UI, technical support, and implementation teams to address problems and enhancements so we can deliver a top-notch system to our customers.

Accounting Clerk (Toronto)

SmartSimple is currently seeking a dynamic professional to join our Finance team as our Accounting Clerk.  We are looking for an energetic, proactive, reliable, detail oriented individual with a passion for numbers.  The ideal candidate will be well-versed in accounting principles and must be a team player and elude a high level of professionalism.  This role supports the Financial Controller to ensure the smooth operation of the Finance department, and entails working with a diverse group of internal and external stakeholders at all levels.  Bottom line, you will do what you love and help make the world a better place. 

Business Analyst (Dublin, Ireland)

Under the direct guidance of the Project Manager and with the mentorship of senior technical staff, the Business Analyst will be responsible for platform configuration of client systems in the execution of all levels of project work. This role works in close collaboration with the Systems Solution Architects (SSA), Sr. Business Analysts (SBA), the Project Manager (PM), and the Development team, to ensure project deliverables and project timelines are achieved. This is a highly technical, client-facing role.
