Business Analyst (Toronto)

SmartSimple’s Implementation Team is responsible for supporting the design and development of both custom and core platform features. Business Analysts work with System Solution Architects to identify business requirements, address usability concerns, and document solutions. As a member of the Implementation Team, the Business Analyst supports the team members throughout the project life-cycle.

Business Analyst (Dublin, Ireland)

Under the direct guidance of the Project Manager and with the mentorship of senior technical staff, the Business Analyst will be responsible for platform configuration of client systems in the execution of all levels of project work. This role works in close collaboration with the Systems Solution Architects (SSA), Sr. Business Analysts (SBA), the Project Manager (PM), and the Development team, to ensure project deliverables and project timelines are achieved. This is a highly technical, client-facing role.

Quality Control Analyst (Toronto)

SmartSimple currently services three key verticals: grants management, research management and case management. With over 200 clients representing 50,000 unique users, SmartSimple’s footprint extends globally, with offices in Toronto, New York and Dublin. Clients come from a variety of different industries and include some of the largest public agencies in the United States and Canada, as well as a host of foundations run by Fortune 500 companies.

Office Manager (Dublin Office)

We are currently seeking an energetic, enthusiastic, and outgoing Office Manager. As the first point of contact for the company, the Office Manager plays a key role and must exhibit a professional demeanor when communicating with internal and external stakeholders. You will ensure that the office runs smoothly by organizing all office and administrative duties and communicating with vendors and clients on a daily basis.  In this role, you will be ready for anything because you will be the “go-to” person in the office.  This individual will also provide support to the Senior Leadership Team and managers in the Dublin and Toronto office. The Office Manager will report to the Controller (Toronto).

Technical Account Advisor - Level 2 Support

In this role, you will act as the first point of contact to SmartSimple’s IME clients to ensure they understand the full value of their investment with SmartSimple.  You will provide knowledge regarding best practices on the SmartSimple platform, ensuring overall customer success.  This role is largely client facing and requires building strong relationships with clients on various levels, as well as acquire significant knowledge of their unique business processes. 

Contracts Administrator

SmartSimple is currently seeking a Contract Administrator to join our Finance team.  Contract Administration is an integral part of ensuring customer satisfaction by liaising with various departments within SmartSimple to ensure accurate and timely preparation and delivery of client contracts, and by continually following the established policies and processes as defined herein to ensure the highest quality of service in an efficient and professional manner. This role supports the Corporate Controller to ensure the smooth operation of the Finance department, and entails working with a diverse group of internal and external stakeholders at all levels. 

Technical Community Support (Dublin)

Looking for an exciting opportunity to join a fast-paced, forward-thinking Technical Community Support team at SmartSimple? As the Technical Community Support Analyst you are responsible for essential customer level support, management and resolution to help customers actively address risks, minimize performance impacts and ensure continued customer satisfaction. This role is largely customer-facing, which requires you to work on both strategic long term and short term projects.
