As an experienced PM, you possess strong facilitation and mediation skills and are known as a creative problem solver who has the ability to take statements of work and turn them into well-defined projects. You will be responsible for managing a portfolio of software implementation projects while working closely with a team of internal and client-assigned subject matter experts on the planning, implementation, and tracking of these projects from beginning to end. Our project managers are technically savvy with a good understanding and knowledge of SaaS and relational database features and capabilities. You must thrive in a fast paced environment that is milestone and deadline driven while still taking pride in not just getting things done, but delivering quality results. This position reports directly to the Director of PMO and works closely with the Systems Solutions Architects.

In this role, you will be responsible for essential customer level support, management and resolution to help customers actively address risks, minimize performance impacts and ensure continued customer satisfaction. More specifically, you will act as a brand ambassador, embracing the mission, vision and values of SmartSimple in all engagements with our customer community. You will be the frontline of a trusted partnership with our customers, where you will provide resolutions for customer and user issues on the SmartSimple platform.
