The Relationship Coordinator is responsible for managing the business relationship throughout this process. Duties include facilitating and organizing client meetings to keep them informed and engaged with their system implementation, and liaising between the clients and the internal SmartSimple technical team on clarifying requirements and communication of what is within scope of the project. The Relationship Coordinator works in close collaboration with the Director of Operations - Ireland to make sure that all aspects of project implementation to transition to support are managed in a timely and professional manner.

This role is largely customer-facing, which requires you to work on both strategic long term and short term projects.
As an experienced PM, you possess strong facilitation and mediation skills and are known as a creative problem solver who has the ability to take statements of work and turn them into well-defined projects. You will be responsible for managing a portfolio of software implementation projects while working closely with a team of internal and client-assigned subject matter experts on the planning, implementation, and tracking of these projects from beginning to end. Our project managers are technically savvy with a good understanding and knowledge of SaaS and relational database features and capabilities. You must thrive in a fast paced environment that is milestone and deadline driven while still taking pride in not just getting things done, but delivering quality results. This position reports directly to the Director of PMO and works closely with the Systems Solutions Architects.

The System Administrator works with the Development team to provide the infrastructure necessary to power SmartSimple's business. Primary duties include the procurement, administration, and maintenance of server infrastructure, as well as the continual updating and improvement of the technology. SmartSimple is a cloud-based SaaS solution that operates over CentOS Linux-based servers, and a stack comprised of Apache, Tomcat, MariaDB. These environments are deployed over various platforms ranging from cloud virtualization within Amazon AWS to some legacy bare metal servers hosted in colocation.
