Junior Business Analyst (Dublin)

The Jr. Business Analyst will be responsible for platform configuration of client systems in the execution of all levels of project work. This is a dedicated client facing role. It may require a portion of your time onsite at client site.. You will work in close collaboration with the Systems Solution Architects (SSA), Business Analysts (BA), Project Manager (PM), and the Development team, to ensure project deliverables and project timelines are achieved. This is a technical, client-facing role.

Regional Manager - Scandinavia (Copenhagen)

As a Regional Manager you will be responsible for providing local representation of the company in a specific region. We have Regional Managers, in Los Angeles, Chicago, Virginia, Toronto and Dublin. Now it’s Copenhagen. This special role requires a solid understanding of cloud application and the ability to work with a high degree autonomy with our Scandinavian clients.

Project Manager - Technical (Dublin, Ireland)

As an experienced PM, you possess strong facilitation and mediation skills and are known as a creative problem solver who has the ability to take statements of work and turn them into well-defined projects.  You will be responsible for managing a portfolio of software implementation projects while working closely with a team of internal and client-assigned subject matter experts on the planning, implementation, and tracking of these projects from beginning to end.  Our project managers are technically savvy with a good understanding and knowledge of SaaS and relational database features and capabilities. You must thrive in a fast paced environment that is milestone and deadline driven while still taking pride in not just getting things done, but delivering quality results.  This position reports directly to the Director of PMO and works closely with the Systems Solutions Architects.

As the Bilingual Technical Community Support you are responsible for essential customer level support, management and resolution to help customers actively address risks, minimize performance impacts and ensure continued customer satisfaction. Our Customer Support team is not just a “help desk.” We pride ourselves in being trusted partners and advisers to our customer community. Our Customer Support team is comprised of analytical thinkers who enjoy solving puzzles that range from providing simple instructions to problems that require more in-depth critical thinking and innovative solutions. In this role, you will act as a brand ambassador, embracing the mission, vision and values of SmartSimple in all engagements with our customer community. You will be the frontline of a trusted partnership with our customers, where you will provide resolutions for customer and user issues on the SmartSimple platform. As the first contact to our most valuable customers, you are critical in ensuring overall customer success with our platform. This role is largely customer-facing, which requires you to work on both strategic long term and short term projects.
